The Propify Hub uses 2 of the LED Lights on the top front edge of the device to indicate its current status.
The following list explains the most commonly seen lighting displays and what they mean.

Red/Red
- If the Propify hub has red lights, it is still in the process of turning on.
- These lights are commonly seen after the hub is initially plugged in or after an update causes the device to restart.
- If you see a hub with red lights for more than 10 minutes, press the white Restart button on the back of the hub.
Green/Green
- Green lights are an indicator that the hub is fully booted up and connected to 4G cellular reception.
- Two green lights also indicate the hub is fully updated to its latest software version.
- Two (2) green lights are the desired status for a Propify Hub.
Yellow/Green
- In some cases, you may see a yellow light appear on the Propify Hub.
- The green light indicates the hub is on and connected to 4G cellular reception.
- The yellow light indicates the hub is updating or needs to update a new software version.
- If you see a yellow light, leave the hub alone as it may take 10-15 minutes for a software version to download.
- If the light remains yellow for more than 15 minutes, press the Restart button on the back of the hub.
