On applicable work orders, you will see a top header called “Unit Access”, beneath which the access code for the work order’s property must be manually exposed. You will do this by simply clicking the “View Access Code” button.

The access code will remain visible on the work order until or unless the page is refreshed, in which case you will need to just manually opt to view the code again.

If you are expecting to see a "Unit Access" header on the work order you're viewing but do not, please reach out to your point of contact for the property so they can troubleshoot on your behalf.
