You can check that your system is fully paired by visiting the Propify Installation Guide and scanning the QR Code on the back of the Propify Hub or on the side of the Propify box.
Once you are taken to the Propify Installation Guide, you will be able to see any devices that are paired to the system.
Fully Paired System
If the system is fully paired with one (1) Lock and one (1) Thermostat, you can begin Mounting The Hub To The Wall.
Non-Paired System
If your system is missing a lock or thermostat, re-attempt to pair the missing devices by visiting
