A step by step guide for vendors setting up their Propify accounts.

Propify Email Invitation

  • Creating a Propify Maintenance account begins with receiving an email invitation from a Property Manager.



  • Click Register to begin the process.

Company Information

  • An Introductory page will explain all of the steps of the process.



  • Click Continue to begin entering information.
  • The first step is to enter information about your company, including company name, address, company email, and company phone number.



  • Click Continue to complete this step.
  • Please Note: The email and phone number on this page pertain to your company, not you specifically. They will not be used as your login email or phone number. 


Personal Login Information

  • This step is for creating your personal login to your Propify account.
  • Enter your first and last name, personal email address, password, and personal phone number in the fields provided.



  • Once you have added information in each field, click Continue to complete this step.
  • The email you provide must be unique. If it already exists within Propify you will receive an error message.
  • Please Note: This login information will be for you specifically. Do not enter your company email address or phone number in these fields. 


Services Provided

  • On this step you will be prompted to choose which services your company provides.



  • Click on a Service to expand it and select as many of the service categories as your company provides. 



  • Select at least one category and click Continue to complete this step.
  • You can edit your choices after you complete the Setup process. To learn more about Services, click here.
  • Please Note: You may skip this step, but you will not receive any work orders until you specify the type of work your company does.


Service Regions

  • This step allows you to specify where you are willing to provide services.
  • You may draw an outline around as large or small an area as you wish. Any property within the outline is one you are willing to visit to complete work.



  • Click on the icon to the right of the search bar to begin creating a service region.
  • Click on the map to create a point of your service region.
  • Click multiple times to begin drawing a shape outlining your region. The points will connect automatically.



  • Use the + and - icons to zoom in or out while creating your region.
  • You can also type the name of a city or landmark to recenter the map.



  • Once you have drawn and named your service region, click Continue to complete this step.
  • You may enter additional service regions after the Setup Process is complete.
  • Please Note: You may skip this step, but you will not receive any work orders until you specify where your company can complete work.


Insurance Information

  • This steps asks you to provide information about your company's insurance policy. 
  • Enter the policy name, number, expiration date, and coverage limits in the fields provided.
  • Also upload a Certificate of Insurance by clicking on the last field and finding the document saved on your computer.



  • Please Note: You may skip this step, but you will not receive any work orders until you specify the details of your company's insurance policy.


Add Users

  • The final step of the Setup process is to add other users to your account.
  • This step is optional. You may click Finish if you want to add users later, or add users after creating new user roles.



  • Select Organization Owner from the role dropdown and enter the email address of the user you wish to invite.
  • This email address must be unique. It cannot be associated with another Propify account.
  • Click Invite User to add the email you just entered to a list of users to invite.
  • Invitations will not be sent until you click Finish. You can click the - button to remove a pending invite if you need to fix a typo or decide not to invite a user.
  • Once this step is complete you will have finished setting up your account!
