Once you've successfully scheduled a self-showing at a rental home, prospective renters can manage the showing from the online portal and use it to enter the rental home at the time of the showing.

Upcoming Showings

After scheduling a showing at a rental home, the showing can be viewed from the online portal after logging in with your email and password that completed the verification process (see Scheduling a Self-Showing). All upcoming showings will be displayed after logging in to the portal. 


When the showing is in the future, prospective renters can manage the showing in two ways:




Reschedule Showing

Once a showing has been scheduled, the date and time of the showing can be changed to better suit a prospective renters availability up until the time of the showing. 


To reschedule a showing:


  • Navigate to the main page of the online portal
  • Find the showing that needs to be rescheduled
  • Click Reschedule
  • Select a new date and time
  • Click Update Request


Once confirmed, your showing will be rescheduled to the new date and time! 





Cancel Showing


If a prospective renter is unable to attend a scheduled showing or is no longer interested in the rental home, the showing can be easily cancelled from the online portal. 


To cancel a showing:

  • Navigate to the main page of the online portal
  • Find the showing that needs to be cancelled
  • Click Cancel and confirm the showing cancellation




Showing Check-In


When your showing is quickly approaching, you can start preparing to access the home remotely from your phone using the automated notifications sent prior to the showing time or the online portal.


We recommend bookmarking your tour confirmation email or the online portal and going directly to this link at the start time of your showing.


Note: email notifications will look different based on the property manager


At the time of your showing, click the check-in link from the tour confirmation emails or log in on the online portal to begin the check-in process:

  • Find the showing listed on the online portal and click Check-In
  • Complete the pre-showing questionnaire (questions vary with each property manager)
  • Click Unlock Door to remotely unlock the door to the rental home
  • Enjoy your tour! 


You have 30 minutes from your showing start time to check-in otherwise a new showing needs to be scheduled. 


To check-in for a showing, you must be at the rental home. If the online check-in process is not unlocking the rental home door, please contact the property manager to discuss other methods to remotely unlock the rental home.
