Your home comes equipped with a thermostat that can be controlled from your phone when logged into the resident portal so you can monitor the temperature in your home at all times and adjust remotely. This article will show you how to set up unique thermostat profiles with specific setting and schedules that determine when your profiles are active.

Thermostat Overview
On the dashboard of your resident portal, you can quickly view the thermostat settings for your home including the current interior temperature, the temperature the thermostat is set to, the current battery level (if applicable), and the temperature setting. Use this information to monitor your home and make sure it's set to the temperature of your choice.
From the dashboard, you have the ability to have your home automatically update to specific temperatures on a schedule based on profiles you establish.
Thermostat Profiles
To create a pre-configured temperature setting for specific times, such as when you're sleeping or out of the home at work, you can create thermostat profiles. This allows you to determine the thermostat mode (heat or cool) and the corresponding temperature for that profile.
Click Profile under Thermostat in the left side navigation, and click Add Temperature Profile. In the box that appears, complete the following fields:
- Name - give the profile a distinct name to identify when the profile should be used
- Thermostat Mode - choose the temperature mode of the thermostat to determine if warm or cold air will be used
- Temperature - use the scale to set the temperature level for the profile
Thermostat Schedule
Once you've created at least one thermostat profile, you can create a schedule that determines when the profiles will automatically begin and the thermostat will update to match the profile. This is useful if you want your home at a certain temperature when you're at work or during the night when sleeping without having to manually change the thermostat.
Click Schedule under Thermostat in the left side navigation, and select the day of the week you want to add a temperature schedule and click Add Schedule. In the box that appears, complete the following fields:
- Profile Dropdown - select one of the existing profiles you want to add to the schedule
- Time - specify the time the profile should be active
Repeat the steps above for all profiles you want to add to a specific day. To easily duplicate a thermostat schedule onto different days, click Duplicate Schedule and select the days where the schedule should be applied.
