The Work Order 'Scope' section contains an itemized list of all work that must be completed in order for a Work Order to be considered complete and payment to be remitted.
As a Vendor, you are expected to complete all items listed in the Scope section of any Work Orders which are assigned to you.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
'Scope' Section of Work Order
- The 'Scope' section of a Work Order can be found below the existing 'Description of Issue' section on the Work Order details page
- Each Scope Item contains four fields:
- Description- A description of the work that needs to be completed for this Scope item
- Location- The specific area in the home in which this work needs to occur
- Status- The status of the work
- Associated Media- The number of images and/or videos that have been uploaded and specifically associated with this item
- By looking at the Description and Location fields for each Scope item, you may know exactly what must be done, and where in the home it must occur.
Scope Item Statuses
- Each Scope item may be assigned one of three statuses.
- The statuses are:
- Incomplete- Work has either not yet begun or is underway on this item.
- Ready for Review- Work on this item has been completed and the item is ready for Property Management to review.
- Unable to Complete- Work will not be able to be completed for this item.
- To update the status of a Scope item, click the arrow next to the status name.
- To update the item specifically to the 'Ready for Review' status, click the 'Ready to Review' button.
- Alternatively, you may mark all Scope items on a Work Order as Ready for Review by following the normal flow of clicking the 'Mark as Completed' button once work has been completed.
Associated Media
- Images (and eventually video) may be directly associated with a specific Scope Item on the Work Order by clicking the 'Add Media' button next to the Scope item.
- The Add Media button triggers the normal Upload Images flow:
- Completing the process of uploading an image/video will result in that piece of media being associated directly with the Scope item in question, and the 'Associated Media' count updating to reflect the association.
- Added images will continue to display in the 'Photos' tab of the Work Order, as well.
