To set up Autopay, go to https://public.propify.com and click Autopay in the left-hand navigation.

Autopay Frequency
To configure autopay for your account, you first need to select the frequency and duration of when autopay will occur during your rental lease.
Monthly Payment Date
Based on the payment due date specified in your rental lease, you can select the date on which your automatic payment will be applied to your account and the withdrawal of funds will be initiated. The following payment dates can be selected for your autopay payment:
- 1st day of the month
- 2nd day of the month
- 3rd day of the month
- 4th day of the month
Autopay Start and End Dates
After determining the date your payment will be initiated, you need to decide when your payments will begin and for how long the automatic payments will occur. First, specify the calendar date when you would like automatic payments to begin. The duration of automatic payments can be set to run through a specific calendar date, or you can select for your payments to run through the duration of your lease (payments will be automatically end when you move out of the rental property).
Autopay Amount
To finish setting up automatic payments, you need to determine what amount will be paid each month. Choose from the following options:
Full Amount
If you would like autopay to always pay your outstanding balance of charges that have posted to your account (this will not include pending charges that have not yet posted to your account), select Full Amount. This will automatically pay the total outstanding balance on the date you selected when autopay is enabled.
Fixed Amount
If you would like to specify the amount you automatically pay toward your account, select Fixed Amount. This will automatically pay the amount you entered each month on the date you selected when autopay is enabled.
Please note: a fixed payment will occur even if you don't have an outstanding balance.
Percentage Amount
When there is more than one resident at the rental property who will be making payments toward the monthly outstanding balance, each resident can choose a percentage they will be responsible for paying.
To enable automatic payments between multiple residents paying different percentages, the first resident to choose a percentage amount will determine the payment frequency and all other residents must use the same payment frequency so that all payments occur on the same day.
Each resident will choose a percentage amount (e.g. 34%), and you will see the total percentage covered by all residents. When 100% of the outstanding balance has been covered by all residents, the automatic payments will be enabled.
If the percentage of automatic payments do not equal 100% on the date of payment, the payment(s) will not be processed and a manual payment will be required to avoid late fees.
Toggling Autopay On/Off
Autopay can be toggled on and off based on your preferences. On the autopay page, click the toggle in the top right corner to toggle autopay on or off. When autopay is on, automatic payments will occur based on your configuration and when autopay is off, automatic payments will not take place.
