When charges have been added to your account, you may make a manual payment to cover some or all of the outstanding balance through Propify.
To make a single payment, go to https://public.propify.com and click Make Payment in the left-hand navigation.

Payment Summary
When you're preparing to make a single payment, it's important to understand your account balance and what is currently owed.
Pending Charges
If there are charges listed under Pending Charges, these are charges that have been added to your account but will not post until the following month and will be due only when the charges have officially posted. This information can be reviewed to understand future charges and what will post to your account that needs to be paid.
Outstanding Balance
The amount listed under Outstanding Balance is what you currently owe and must pay by the due date set by your property manager in your rental lease. If you have an outstanding balance past the due date, a late fee may be assessed by your property manager.
If you have any questions concerning your outstanding balance or believe charges have been posted in error, please contact your property manager.
Total Balance
The amount listed under Total Balance is the sum of any Pending Charges and Outstanding Balance to reflect all charges you currently owe and will owe based on the posted date under pending charges.
Make a Payment
When you're ready to submit a payment toward your total balance, you must choose a payment method and enter a payment amount before confirming.
Select a Payment Method
Use the dropdown to select any of your saved payment methods for this single payment, or add a new payment method that will be saved to your account.
Payment Method Billing Admin Fees
Based on the payment method you select, a billing admin fee will be applied to your payment amount. The fees are:

Payment Amount
Enter the amount you would like to pay toward your total balance or you can check Pay Total Balance if you want to pay all charges associated with your account. If you selected a payment method where the fee is a percentage, the amount will automatically calculate based on the payment amount.
Confirm Payment
After selecting your payment method and entering your payment amount, you can click Continue to Payment to review your payment a final time. You must agree to the Terms of Service and agree to your payment method being charged in order to proceed with a payment.
When you're ready to initiate the payment, click Complete Payment and your payment will begin initializing. Do not refresh the page until your payment has been completed to avoid duplicate charges.
