After your lease terms have been accepted, the final step of leasing a new rental home is signing the lease document! Your property manager will prepare the lease document after being notified the lease terms were accepted and will generate the document using a third-party eSignature platform called PandaDoc.
Check your email for a notification from PandaDoc informing you the lease document is ready for your review and signatures. When you open the document, click Start to begin your review and PandaDoc will guide you through each page that requires your signature. When you have signed all the necessary pages, click Finish to complete the lease.
After all applicants on the lease have signed the document, the lease will be sent to your property manager for a counter signature which will complete the lease. Your property manager will provide details on the steps following a completed lease as you prepare to move into your new rental home!
